Sometimes "I'm sorry" loses its meaning to the speaker and just becomes a verbal placeholder or a shorthand phrase for something else. If this is the case, you may not be aware of the negative impact of your words. The remedy for this is to pause before you speak. Allow yourself time to begin your statements in a more powerful and meaningful way, only a few seconds will allow your mind space to reformulate the structure of your reply.

The word "SORRY" seems to have lost touch of its actual meaning in life, this word used to be a very meaningful word that brought lots of smiles and joys back to people life, stop the crying tears from flowing and more importantly it has also been the tool that help to subside lots of anger. This powerful word has also left many steps and positive scars in many hearts and life but it is sad to see what the true meaning of this word has turned out to be.

For every little thing this word is perpetually used. Its like there is just no more true meaning to this word because of the frequent use and the violation of its meaning. Everyone uses it for everything, even if it’s not his or her fault. This word is just said for the sake of saying. It is just said to so call “save” the situation and themselves. It is selfish and unmindful to simply use this word.

Personally I am sick and tired of hearing this word from being said. Some of them just says and says and says but nothing changes. Majority don’t learn from their mistakes, they don’t change, and the worst part is they repeat the mistake all over again. They repeatedly say “Sorry” and then back to square one where the whole cycle begins again and the continuous cycle will just go on and on and round and round forever.

Say it only when and only because you sincerely mean it. Break the cycle and don’t let it continue. Make the changes after the word sorry is said. Life will be a better place.
